Located in ​Hanover , PA, Life In Balance Yoga offers a calming environment in order to allow students to appreciate the many benefits of yoga. We provide the space to connect your mind, body and spirit.​​​​
 
We welcome all, those who are new to yoga or just new to our studio! If you are a beginner check (under classes) out the link above for Beginners or if just new to us, see the schedule above! 
 
We are located at 129 Broadway. Entrance to the yoga studio is through the garage. 

Some parking is  available behind the studio in the indoor parking lot. Metered parking is also available around us. Change is kept a the front desk if needed. 

 Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to start of class.. Pre registering for classes is encourged and appreciated by the instructors, Aerial classes  we require preregistration. ​See schedule page.

Essential Oils Info 

If you own your own mat please bring it with you even for aerial yoga, however, the studio does provide mats if you do not own one. 


Please wear comfortable clothing and turn off your cell phone. We will use mats for aerial yoga. Please do not wear jewelery for aerial yoga classes. It is preferred if you can wear a tshirt for aerial classes. 



You may want to dress in layers, during practice you may build heat in your body. Yoga is practiced in bare feet, please leave your shoes by entrance. You may want to bring a water bottle with you and a towel if you tend to perspire.


 
You should  practice yoga with an empty stomach, bladder and bowels.
